Possible Solutions :

1. The government should strengthen the police with the creation of more stringent performance metrics for them, incorporating factors such as: the number of people injured during arrests and how many of those were fair and legal, because it could promote values in their service.

2. To change our system of procedural justice, incorporating more fair and respectful processes to generate trust and efficiency, through the strict eradication of crimes, beginning with the minor ones, and making sure that all the cases receive attention and get a proper solution.

3. The government institutions play a huge part in the problem, so our proposition is to install complaint boxes in each institution because this would help to increase the citizen participation to obtain an effective service.

4. The government should promote a complaint culture, and make surveys such as the "National Survey of Urban Public Security" (or ENSU) to measure the feeling of insecurity by the population, and the levels of crime occurring in certain places (to reinforce the security).

5. The government should install from 10 to 15 security stations in every municipality to generate an environment where the people have to act properly or can report a crime immediately after they suffer it because the police help would be more accessible.

6. To create effective social reintegration centers, because, in that way, criminals would have a real attitude change and become better people.
